SHIPPING POLICY
I ship all orders via USPS and shipping is calculated at checkout. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Shipping may take up to two weeks. Please note I am not responsible for orders once they are picked up from USPS. If a shipment is lost or stolen please call or file an online claim with them directly at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
RETURNS
All handmade ceramics will vary in color, shape and size. All found housewares, textiles and clothing are pre-loved and will come with small imperfections. Please throughly read the description of the items you are buying as any inconsistencies will be disclosed and consider this prior to purchase. If you have additional questions, please send me an email, I will de my best to respond within 48hrs. I do not accept returns and sales are final once items ship out. In case of damage or breakage to an item during shipping please contact dirtworshipdrygoods@gmail.com.
